Bachelors Degree in Information Technology is also being awarded to 40 students from the academic session 2001-2002 onwards.

4. Electrical Engineering
 
The degree is awarded to 60 students every year. Established since the inception of the institute, this department has established itself as a reputed center for imparting high quality technical education.
 
5. Electronics Engineering
 
The degree was awarded to 35 students with the intake now being increased to 60 after the institutes affiliation to the U.P. Technical University from the academic session 2001-2002 onwards. Enriched with erudite professors and well-equipped labs, the department is producing bright technocrats excelling in every walk of life.
 
6. Mechanical Engineering
 
The degree is awarded to 60 students every year. Established since the inception of the institute, this department has produced brilliant Mechanical engineers who have brought laurels to the institute.

In addition to this, the Institute admits 10 students as nominees of Govt. of India in all the disciplines.
 
Post-Graduate Programs
 
1. MCA 
The institute offers this degree to 60 students every year.it is affiliated to the U.P. Technical University from the year 2001. 

2. Full-Time Post-Graduate (M-Tech) 
The institute runs full-time M.Tech. program in Power Electronics & Drives under Elect. Engg. Dept. This programme is offered to 18 students (10 general + 5 sponsored + 3 SC/ST). 

3. Part-Time Post-Graduate (M-Tech) 
Institute runs part-time M.Tech. program in the following disciplines.

(a) Civil Engineering : Water Resource Engineering, Geo-technical Engineering.
(b) Electrical Engineering : Solid State Control, Power Systems.
(c) Electronics Engineering : Digital Electronics And System.
(d) Mechanical Engineering : Machine Design, Industrial Systems Engineering.

As per notification of AICTE admission for 13 seats (10 general + 3 SC/ST) seats in each discipline has to be given in an academic year.
